Welcome to True Self Counselling! My name is Evelina and I have a deep passion for supporting people to grow spiritually and heal emotionally. I have over 25 years of experience providing counselling, training, program development, professional supervision and leadership. Spiritual Counselling is a wonderful way to examine and change behaviours and patterns of thinking that create negative emotions. I am also a Spiritual Healer using Hahnemann Healing as a way to help release the negative emotions we all store in our bodies over time. As a Medium I am able to bring forward accurate information from Spirit, helping people to better understand their life and provide a way forward.
